Our Mission and Function

Each of our clients is paired with a dedicated and experienced Corporate Account Manager. This manager’s role is to guarantee customer satisfaction, guide clients through their on-boarding process with Signal Tours, assist in the development of their corporate travel policies, and facilitate commercial agreements with airlines and other vendors. We stand as the focal point for all customer needs, providing support and solving ad hoc issues as they arise.

Moreover, our clients benefit from an extensive service network encompassing all company departments, including Finance, IT, and Reporting. These resources are accessible either directly or through the account manager, ensuring a smooth experience.
